Forward Together
As a VCCAR Treasurer, CAR Director, REALTOR® of the Year, CAR Leadership Academy graduate, and policy advocate, I have spent my career helping members navigate change, embrace opportunity, and strengthen our profession.
Today, REALTORS® face uncertainty from market conditions, technology, artificial intelligence, rising costs, and changing consumer expectations. Our association must be prepared not only for today's challenges but for tomorrow's opportunities.
I am running for First Vice President because I believe VCCAR's greatest strength is its members. By investing in leadership development, advocacy, transparency, and member value, we can build an even stronger association for the future.

Of the Year
For more than 25 years, I have built my career on advocacy, leadership, and helping others succeed.
As Broker/Owner of Rent 805, VCCAR Treasurer, CAR Director, President's Circle RAF contributor, and graduate of the CAR Leadership Academy, I have seen firsthand how leadership can transform businesses, associations, and lives.
One of my proudest accomplishments was completing the CAR Leadership Academy. The experience reshaped how I approach leadership, business, family, and service. My goal is to create more opportunities for VCCAR members to develop as leaders and discover the impact they can have throughout our industry.
I want every member who interacts with me to leave feeling inspired, empowered, and confident in their ability to achieve more than they thought possible.
My Vision For VCCAR
Preparing Members for What Comes Next
Our members face unprecedented change.
From market uncertainty and mortgage rates to emerging technology and artificial intelligence, REALTORS® are being asked to adapt faster than ever before.
My focus is simple:
- Increase member engagement
- Strengthen leadership development
- Expand professional education
- Improve transparency
- Help members better utilize CAR benefits
- Build future association leaders
Success isn't measured by one year in office.
Success means creating a roadmap that allows future leaders to continue building a stronger association for years to come.
ADVOCACY MATTERS
Why Your Voice Matters
Many REALTORS® do not realize that hundreds of legislative proposals affecting our profession are introduced each year.
Without strong advocacy at the local, state, and national levels, policies impacting homeownership, property rights, housing providers, and REALTORS® can move forward without our voice being heard.
I am particularly proud of the work accomplished in Ventura, where education became the focus instead of additional local regulations. By bringing stakeholders together and focusing on solutions, we helped create a better path for both housing providers and residents.
Advocacy is not just about protecting our profession.
It's about protecting the communities we serve.
MEMBER VALUE & TRANSPARENCY
What Members Tell Me
Throughout my conversations with members, I consistently hear:
- How do I get more value from my dues?
- Why does REALTOR® Action Fund matter?
- How do I become more involved?
- What opportunities am I missing?
My goal is to help members better understand and access the benefits already available through VCCAR, CAR, and NAR.
Many members are unaware of the hundreds of business tools, discounts, educational resources, and leadership opportunities available to them.
Value isn't just about what we provide.
It's about making sure members know how to use it.
NEW MEMBER SUCCESS
Creating a Pathway to Leadership
For many new REALTORS®, entering the industry can feel overwhelming.
Orientation provides valuable information, but there is often no clear roadmap showing how to maximize the benefits of membership.
I envision a structured New Member Leadership Series that introduces members to every aspect of our profession and demonstrates how involvement can elevate their careers.
The future of VCCAR depends on developing future leaders.
